If the request is too big to be delivered in two business days (i.e. many-page website design or mobile app), don't worry. We will make sure you receive a significant amount of work done. In this case, we will break down the big task into smaller pieces so you may receive multiple deliveries until the request is complete. Our general rule of thumb for a typical request delivery stays the same: two business days.
There are no contracts or commitments to use our service. You can cancel at any time and return at any time. We are flexible and understand you may not have a consistent need for designs every single month.
Yes. We don't do 3D modelling, packaging design, extensive print design like magazines or books.
